Intercoastal Sales has a large inventory of flanges in carbon steel, stainless steel 316 and 304, galvanized, and other special alloys including nickel and monel. A flange is used to support or close off a pipeline, or provide the capability to attach other items such as valves , buttweld or forged fittings to the process. The flange faces are also made to standardized dimensions and are typically "flat face", "raised face", "tongue and groove", or "ring joint" RTJ styles, although other obscure styles are possible.Flanges can be welded or screwed to the pipe and are joined with another flange connection using stud bolts and gaskets for a proper seal. Insco also carries a full line of studs and gaskets to accompany your flange order.

Slip-On Flanges
Slip-on pipe flanges do in fact what they say… they slip right on to the pipe. Slip-on flanges are typically machined with an inside diameter of the pipe flange slightly larger than the outside diameter of the pipe. This allows the flange to slide over the pipe but to still have a somewhat snug fit. Slip-on flanges are secured to the pipe by a welding procedure. Slip-ons can also be referred to as a Ring Flange or a Hub Flange. Intercoastal Sales can supply you with Slip-On Flanges ranging from ½” through 144″.
